[Important Notice] Beware of Impersonation of Official x.me Accounts and Fraudulent Activities

Recently, we have identified a number of social media accounts, community groups, and websites that closely resemble x.me's official name, branding, or account information. These malicious actors impersonate x.me to publish false information, organize fake campaigns, or conduct fraudulent activities, posing a risk of misleading users and compromising asset security.

Common scam methods include, but are not limited to:

  • Impersonating official x.me social media accounts, customer support representatives, administrators, or staff;
  • Creating Telegram, Discord, WhatsApp communities with names or profile images similar to x.me;
  • Publishing fake airdrops, deposit rewards, investment opportunities, recruitment information, or promotional campaigns;
  • Distributing unofficial app download links, phishing websites, or fake login pages;
  • Claiming account abnormalities, asset freezes, security verification, or account upgrades to trick users into providing account information or transferring funds.

  1. Please use the official x.me website and officially announced channels as the only trusted source of platform information.
  2. x.me will never proactively contact users via private messages to request account passwords, SMS verification codes, Google Authenticator codes, mnemonic phrases, private keys, or ask users to transfer funds to any personal account.
  3. All official announcements, campaigns, product updates, and recruitment information will only be published through the official x.me website and verified official channels.
  4. Any activities, information, or fraudulent behavior conducted under the name of x.me without authorization have no affiliation with x.me.
 
If you discover any suspicious accounts, websites, communities, or other activities impersonating x.me, please report them immediately through our official customer support channels. Do not trust unverified information or perform any asset-related operations without verification.
