How do I deposit cryptocurrency?

Go to the Assets page, select Deposit, then choose the cryptocurrency and the corresponding deposit network. Copy the deposit address and transfer assets from an external wallet or another platform.

Before making a deposit, please make sure the token, deposit network, deposit address, and token address are consistent. Also confirm that the deposit amount meets the platform’s minimum deposit requirement to avoid failed crediting due to incorrect information or insufficient amount.

Does VOOX charge deposit fees?

VOOX does not charge cryptocurrency deposit fees. However, blockchain network fees may be incurred when transferring from an external wallet or another platform.

How long does it take for a deposit to arrive?

Arrival time depends on blockchain network confirmation speed, required confirmation count for the token, and the platform’s crediting process. Network congestion may cause delays.

What should I do if my deposit has not arrived?

First confirm whether the on-chain transaction was successful, then check whether the token, network, address, and Memo/Tag are correct. If the on-chain transaction is successful but the funds have not arrived in your account, you may provide your UID, token, network, and transaction hash to customer support.

What is Memo / Tag?

Some tokens require a Memo or Tag in addition to the deposit address to identify the deposit ownership. If the Memo or Tag is missing or incorrect, the deposit may not be automatically credited.

If you forgot to fill in the Memo, please contact online customer support for assistance.

What should I do if I forgot to enter Memo / Tag?

You should contact customer support as soon as possible and provide the TXID, token, amount, deposit address, screenshot of the sending platform, and other relevant information. Whether the funds can be recovered depends on the actual handling result.

How do I withdraw cryptocurrency?

Go to the withdrawal page, select the token and withdrawal network, then enter the withdrawal address and withdrawal amount. After confirming the fee and actual arrival amount, submit the withdrawal request.

Before withdrawing, please make sure the receiving platform or wallet uses the same token address as VOOX. If the token address, network, or withdrawal address is incorrect, the assets may fail to arrive or may even be lost.

Are withdrawal fees charged?

Yes. Withdrawal fees are charged and depend on the token, network, and blockchain network congestion. Withdrawal fees may vary across different networks.

How do I check the withdrawal fee?

After selecting the token and network on the withdrawal page, the system will display the current minimum withdrawal amount and withdrawal fee.

What should I do if the withdrawal shows successful but has not arrived?

If the platform shows that the withdrawal is successful, you can check the on-chain status through the TXID. If the on-chain transaction is successful but the receiving account has not been credited, please contact the receiving platform for verification.

Can a withdrawal request be canceled?

If the withdrawal has not yet been processed, it may be possible to cancel it. If it has already been approved or broadcast to the blockchain, it usually cannot be canceled. You can provide your UID to online customer support for checking.

Can funds be recovered if I entered the wrong withdrawal address?

Blockchain transfers are usually irreversible. Please make sure the address and network information are accurate. If the transfer has not yet been initiated, contact customer support immediately for cancellation assistance. If the funds have already been sent to the blockchain, you need to contact the customer support of the receiving platform for further handling.

Why was my withdrawal request rejected?

This may be caused by account risk control, abnormal login location, withdrawal channel or network maintenance, and other factors. For detailed reasons, you may contact online customer support for verification.

What is an internal transfer?

An internal transfer refers to asset transfers between VOOX accounts. It usually does not go through the blockchain network and is credited faster. Specific rules are subject to what is displayed on the page.

How do I transfer between Spot Account and Futures Account?

Go to the Assets page, select Transfer, choose the source account, destination account, token, and amount, then confirm the transfer.

Are internal transfers or account transfers subject to fees?

No. Internal transfers between platform accounts, as well as transfers between Spot Wallet and Futures Wallet, are free of charge.
