How do I register a VOOX account?
To register a VOOX account, users need to:
- Register with an email address or mobile number
- Set an 8–20 character login password consisting of letters and numbers
- Enter the verification code received to complete verification
- Optionally enter an invitation code
- Agree to the User Agreement on the web version
Note: A mobile number or email address cannot be used to register more than one account.
What should I do if I cannot receive the verification code during registration or login?
Please first make sure that your phone number or email address is entered correctly, and avoid requesting verification codes too frequently. If you have made multiple attempts in a short period, please wait 30 minutes before trying again.
If you cannot receive the code by phone, please check whether your mobile signal is normal, whether SMS messages are being blocked, whether any spam-blocking or security settings are enabled, and whether SMS service is supported in your current region.
If you cannot receive the code by email, please check whether your email address is correct, and look in your spam, promotions, or blocked mail folders. We recommend using a Gmail address for registration, as it is generally more stable.

What should I do if the verification code has expired?
You need to request a new verification code. Please use the latest code received to complete verification.
What should I do if registration shows “too many attempts”?
This means there have been too many operations within a short period. Please pause the operation and wait patiently for 2 hours before trying again, or switch to a stable network environment and try again.
What should I do if I forgot my login password?
You can select “Forgot Password” on the login page and reset your password through email, mobile number, or Google verification according to the page instructions.
How do I change my login password?
You can change your login password through the following steps:
- Web: Log in to your VOOX account, go to Account Management, find Login Password, click Change, enter your current password and new password twice, enter the Google verification code, and click Change.
- App: Go to Profile > Security Center, find Login Password, tap Change, enter your current password and new password twice, enter the Google verification code, and tap Confirm.
Note: Withdrawals will be disabled for 24 hours after changing the login password.
What are the login password requirements?
A secure password with a certain level of complexity is usually required. It is recommended to include letters, numbers, and symbols, and avoid using birthdays, mobile numbers, consecutive digits, or other simple passwords.

Will my account be frozen if I do not log in for a long time?
No. VOOX will not automatically freeze an account due to long-term inactivity. The platform will not restrict account usage, freeze account funds, or clear account-related data simply because the account has not been logged in for a long time.
If you want to use the account again later, you can simply log in normally. No account unfreezing procedure is required.
Are there regional restrictions on registration IP addresses?
Users from the following IP regions cannot register or log in to VOOX:
- United States — registration restricted
- Chinese Mainland — registration restricted
- Malaysia
- Cuba
- Iran
- North Korea
- Syria
- Zimbabwe
- Myanmar
- Cambodia
- South Sudan
Users in these regions may be unable to access the exchange, or may be subject to registration, login, SMS, and KYC restrictions.
What is the age requirement for registration?
Users must be 18 years old or above to register. Users under the age of 18 may be restricted from using the service. The platform also does not support identity verification for users above the age of 70.
