I. VIP tier and fee
VOOX applies a tiered fee structure for spot trading, with the VIP levels ranging from VIP0 (i.e. Regular User) to VIP5. Each level corresponds to different maker and taker fee rates. You can view the detailed rates through below table.

II. Overview of the trading fee structure
There are two types of trading fee:
- Maker Fee: Trading fee charged for transactions as makers that refer to orders initiated to create an order book, pending matching fills.
- Taker Fee: Trading fee charged for transactions as takers that refer to orders that have a matching order price in the order book and can be immediately filled.
III. Trading fee calculation
- Calculate the trading amount
- Buy : Trading amount = purchase price x purchase amount
- Sell : Trading amount = selling price x selling amount
- Confirm the trading fee rates You can find the corresponding taker or maker fee rate based on the VIP level.
- Calculate the trading fee Trading fee = trading amount x fee rate
Example
Assume that you are a VIP 0 user and a Maker, who plans to sell 1 ETH at the market price, with the current ETH price at 3,000 USDT.
- Trading amount: 3,000 USDT × 1 ETH = 3,000 USDT
- Trading fee rate: trading fee rate is 0.1%
- Trading fee: 3000USDT × 0.1% = 3 USDT Therefore, you need to pay a trading fee of 3 USDT.
The user's trading fee is 3 USDT, which means the user sold 1 ETH and finally got 2997 USDT.
IV. How to view the trading fee details on APP and Website?
View on VOOX website
- Log in to your account: Visit VOOX official website (https://www.voox.com/en_US/), and log in to your account.
- View Fee Rates: Move your cursor on the profile icon on top right and go to “My Fee Rates” to view your spot trading fee rate.
View on the VOOX APP
- Log in to your account: Open VOOX App and log in to your account.
- View Fee Rates: Click on the top-left profile icon to open the side menu. Then, click [My Fee Rates] to view the spot trading fee rate.

- Real-time update: The fee rates may be adjusted based on the market. For the latest details, please refer to the official VOOX website.
- Automatic payment: Trading fee will be paid automatically when the transactions are completed, no additional action is required.
- Order status: Fees are only charged for the filled portion of the order, while no fees are applied to the unfilled part.
