VOOX perpetual futures supports a hedge mode, which allows users to hold both long (buy) and short (sell) positions simultaneously under the same contract. Unlike the traditional one-way position mode, hedge mode offers users the flexibility to respond to market fluctuations, enabling them to seize market opportunities while effectively hedging risks. This mode allows you to independently manage and adjust long and short positions, providing more comprehensive control over your trades.
This article will provide a detailed guide on how to use this feature on both the web and app platforms, helping you easily master the steps to operate in hedge mode.

Why do I see only one position under a specific contract even though I have enabled hedge mode?
This may be caused by the following reasons:- Position Liquidation: If either your long or short position triggers a liquidation, that position will be automatically closed. Therefore, even if you have enabled hedge mode, you might only see the remaining position. Please check your trading history and account balance to confirm if liquidation occurred.
- Hedge Mode Not Successfully Enabled: If you have tried to enable hedge mode but still only see one position under a specific futures, it could be because hedge mode was not successfully enabled. Please return to the position mode settings to confirm whether hedge mode has been properly enabled. If the issue persists, it is recommended to contact customer support for further troubleshooting.
These two reasons are the most common causes. Be sure to carefully check your account status after enabling hedge mode to avoid similar issues. -
