Understanding the Role and Importance of Your Fund Password
Your Fund Password serves as a key security measure on the VOOX platform, offering enhanced protection for high-sensitivity operations including withdrawals and fiat currency transactions.
What Does the Fund Password Do?
Enhanced Security
The Fund Password is separate from your login password and 2FA code. It acts as an extra layer of protection for sensitive transactions, minimizing the risk of unauthorized asset movement.
Protection Against Unauthorized Access
Even if your login credentials or 2FA are compromised, transactions cannot be completed without the Fund Password—providing an essential safeguard for your funds.
Required for All Fund-Related Actions
On VOOX, any operation involving the movement or control of assets—such as crypto withdrawals or fiat transactions—will require your Fund Password for authorization.
Setup Recommendations
-
Choose a password between 8–20 characters, strongly recommend using a combination of numbers, uppercase and lowercase letters, and special characters
-
Do not reuse your login password or other security credentials
-
Memorize your Fund Password or securely store it on paper
⚠️ Important: If you forget your Fund Password, identity verification will be required to reset it. This process may temporarily delay fund-related operations.
