x.me periodically reviews the listed digital assets to ensure high standards of token quality. When tokens no longer meet listing criteria or there are significant industry environmental changes, we will conduct a comprehensive project review and delist such tokens.

During the project review process, we carefully consider various factors and make cautious decisions regarding delisting. The key factors we evaluate include:

• Trading volume and liquidity
• Network/smart contract stability
• Community maintenance
• Responsiveness to regular audits by x.me
• Unethical or fraudulent behavior

Based on these factors, we have decided to stop trading and delist the following token on September 18, 2025, at 12:00 (UTC):

• CAR (Central African Republic Meme)

Note:

• The trading pair CAR/USDT will be removed soon.
• All open orders will be automatically canceled after trading stops.
• Withdrawal services for the above token will cease at 16:00 PM on September 30, 2025 (UTC+8).
